The foundation of the course comes from Rising to Power, our ground-breaking ten-year longitudinal study which offers a comprehensive look at how leaders successfully transition to the highest altitudes of their organization, and make deep, lasting impact once there. Should you apply?

With only a few spots available, we are looking for those who are:

  • Interested and willing to pursue your own development
  • 5+ years experience leading people or projects
  • Involved in or able to contribute to “strategic work” in their organizations
  • Likely to assume positions of greater influence and responsibility (e.g. complexity of projects, revenue, # of people managed) in the coming 3-5 years
  • Aspirations to rise to the most senior levels of leadership (VPs, GMs, CMO/CTOs)
  • Ability to travel for in-person meetings
  • Interested and able to create and contribute to new connections
